Job Responsibilities

• Understand, accept and comply with the related HSE responsibility commitment as part of daily work.
• Product Realisation product completion – Operate complex machines in production and manufacturing, and connect plastic handrails and other parts.
• Maintain the equipment in accordance with the preventive maintenance procedures.
• To change the form, disassemble or reassemble the die and extruder.
• Use hand tools to fit the handrail straps within the tolerance range – When manufacturing rubber handrail belts and other components, operate moderately complex machines.
• Hand‑assemble the handrail straps and splice them.
• Rework any defective areas by using knives and other hand tools.
• To change the form, disassemble and reinstall the mold equipment.
• Set up and operate preparation instruments for different materials to slit, cut, extrude, assemble and reload rubber or rubber materials. <...
