Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned area. Key Responsibilities Install, shift, and reactivate Airtel Broadband Perform speed and technology upgrades as per customer requirements. Ensure timely and high-quality installations with excellent workmanship. Deliver a seamless installation experience to customers. Follow all company processes, SOPs, and safety guidelines. Continuously improve customer satisfaction and service quality. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth field operations.
