Teach Trucking, Inspire Our Drivers, and Keep Knowledge Rolling!
Under the supervision of the Quality, Safety, and Training (QSF) Supervisor , the Trainer-Inspector is responsible for teaching trucking fundamentals as well as specialized concepts related to vehicle transport to all drivers.
Responsibilities

Ensure trips are optimized (no empty spaces).

Assist and train drivers on loading and unloading routines.

Ensure drivers comply with Law 430.

Perform road tests with trucks for the garage and assist with vehicle movements.

Ensure all drivers complete their RDS and logbook on their mobile device.
