Seeking a highly experienced Inspector with a strong background in quality environments. This role will focus on in-process verification using a mix of traditional and advanced measurement tools.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢āPerform in-process and final inspections on precision machined components
ā¢āRead and interpret complex drawings and standards, including GD&T
ā¢āMeasure features using traditional tools such as height gauges
ā¢āUtilize portable CMMs (Faro Arm) and optical comparators
ā¢āSupport and mentor other inspectors as needed
ā¢āProgram and operate Hexagon Faro Arm
ā¢āMaintain high throughput, completing 200 to 400 inspections within a 4-hour period depending on setup
