Insight Global is looking for an Inspection Technology Technician to join a growing team supporting the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. The Inspection Technology Technician II supports daily production by operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated vision and inline inspection systems on the manufacturing floor. The role focuses on first‑line response to inspection issues by diagnosing camera, lens, lighting, trigger, sensor, communication, and industrial PC problems to quickly restore stable inspection performance and minimize downtime. The technician adjusts and verifies inspection recipes and parameters such as thresholds, regions of interest, filters, and decision logic to address false rejects or false accepts and confirms effectiveness through on‑site validation.
