Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insolvency Assistant Manager to join a leading insolvency practice based in Preston.

As an Insolvency Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and assisting with the development of the firm’s business strategy.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations and CVAs

  • Conducting pre-lend and contingency planning assignments

  • Preparing and delivering presentations to clients

  • Building and maintaining client relationships

  • Contributing to the development of the firm’s business strategy

    • Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in insolvency

  • Being CPI qualified would be advantageous

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
