About Us
German Drishty is a German language center in Hyderabad offering courses (A1–B2) and Germany placement programs — Ausbildung, University Admissions, and Nursing placements.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of 3–5 inside sales executives
- Drive inbound and outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments
- Own monthly revenue targets across language courses and Germany programs
- Monitor team call quality, follow-up discipline, and daily lead coverage
- Build and refine sales scripts, objection handling, and pitch frameworks
- Report pipeline health, conversion rates, and team performance weekly
- Coordinate with the academic team on program details and student eligibility
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in inside sales, tele-sales, or education sales — mandatory
- Proven track record of leading a sales team and hitting targets
