The Role

 

Our client is located in Montreal and is a large global steel manufacturing company looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor, managing a team of 9 employees from 2 facilities, including the one in British Columbia. The right candidate must be bilingual in both French and English and have the flexibility to travel to the US for sales meetings once or twice per year.

The position directly reports to the Area Sales Manager of Canada and is responsible for implementing new processes, tracking KPIs, and looking after the company's profitability.

This position is fully on-site, providing flexibility when needing to cover days from home, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

Leads by example, ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed by staff, while actively participating in meetings and promoting teamwork, communication, and safety.
