• Engage with decision-makers and build strong client relationships.
• Schedule meetings and create business opportunities for the sales team.
• Research target companies and identify potential prospects.
• Manage follow-ups and maintain sales pipeline activities in CRM.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive mindset.
