Inside Sales Representative – Full-Time (In office) – Dartmouth, NS

Responsibilities

• Retain assigned account base and reduce churn; acquire net new accounts for General Freight and lead generation across all divisions.
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external contacts with a pleasant, professional and confident demeanor on the phone and in person.
• Extensive cold calling for net new customers and to grow existing customer revenue.
• Contact inactive accounts to reactivate shipping with Day & Ross.
• Manage day-to-day relationships of assigned customers by developing value-add relationships with key decision makers.
• Follow the Inside Sales process to achieve success and meet/exceed assigned sales goals.
• Provide prospects with benefits, pricing, transit times and other information needed to secure the business.
