We are recruiting an Inside Sales Manager to support commercial growth across Canada, the USA, and Mexico for a growing international specialty chemical distributor and supplier.
This position focuses on lead generation, opportunity management, customer support, and
sales activity , working closely with commercial and supply chain teams.
Profile
- 2–5 years’ B2B inside sales, customer service, or sales support experience within the chemicals industry
- Strong commercial mindset with confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM and ERP systems
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
- Based within commuting distance of Burlington, ON
