- Your show reel or portfolio speaks for itself — You are a Fresher (0- 1+ years of experience) with a solid personal or freelance project portfolio. Your work highlights clever pacing, seamless cuts, and a strong visual sense.
- You know your tools — Practical baseline knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects is essential. You should also know your way around Photoshop or Illustrator to design clean social graphics and thumbnails.
- You speak modern web culture — You intuitively know what keeps someone watching a video for more than 3 seconds (clean framing, snappy pacing, contextual sound design).
- You love to learn & move fast — You are enthusiastic about mastering new software, playing with AI creative tools, and scaling your skills alongside experienced product teams.
