Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role is a critical liaison between CASL’s operations team and our customers. In this quick‑paced workplace you will efficiently and effectively strive to support customer needs within our operational framework.
Responsibilities
- Generation of quotes and associated communications.
- Communicate with customers regarding job updates/questions/reports.
- Regularly liaise with multiple departments, including Sales and technical teams.
- Work closely with production teams to facilitate, troubleshoot, and expedite special requests.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between customers and CASL operations teams.
- Creation of incoming work orders and associated paperwork.
- Oversee vendor interaction and management.
