Responsibilities
- Perform outbound telesales for customer retention and sales, utilizing objection‑handling and cross‑selling techniques to achieve targets.
- Coordinate sales and procurement activities; manage supplier relationships, issue quotations and purchase orders, requiring strong negotiation skills.
- Handle sales inquiries, conduct consultations, and achieve sales targets, requiring strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
- Contact and engage prospective clients generated through marketing campaigns, property portals and company databases; qualify leads by understanding their property requirements.
- Conduct proactive outreach to generate leads, qualify prospects, maintain databases and collaborate with marketing for effective sales support.
