Job Description

Inside Sales Account Manager โ€“ Canada (Eastern Canada โ€“ Ontario, Quebec)

In this role, youโ€™ll grow revenue across an assigned territory by qualifying and converting new opportunities, deepening relationships with existing customers, and partnering closely with Marketing, Field Sales, and Channel teams.

What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Own inbound leads from first touch to close: qualify, scope needs, build business cases, and drive conversion.
  • Increase product usage per user and expand within accounts through consultative outreach and upsell/crossโ€‘sell motions.
  • Deliver timely product updates and technical information to new and existing customers.
  • Run campaigns in partnership with Marketing; execute targeted call/email sequences and webinars.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene: track pipeline, forecast accurately, and capture competitive/commercial intelligence.
