Inpatient Pharmacist (Contract) | Seattle, WA
Well-respected hospital is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, energetic, and committed to supporting a positive, professional patient care environment.
Assignment Details:
+ 16-week contract
+ Variable schedule (24/7/365 operation)
+ Primarily day and evening shifts
+ Washington Pharmacist License required
Responsibilities:
+ Inpatient order verification using Epic
+ Final product verification
+ Answering clinical questions and providing drug information
+ Oversight of pharmacy technician functions
+ Participation in Code Blue and emergency response activities
+ Support of specialty/oncology infusion services
+ After-hours outpatient dispensing support (limited formulary)
