Role:Inpatient Medical Coder/IPDRG Coder

Location: BGC, Taguig ( Hybrid-Initial onsite training required; work-from-home privileges depend on performance)

Qualifications:

• With 2+ years of Inpatient DRG hard coding experience
• Bachelor's degree in an Allied Health field
• Active CCS, CIC, or CDIP certification required
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, diagnostic and procedural coding, MS-DRG, and APR-DRG assignment
• Proficient in identifying POA, SOI, ROM indicators, HACs, and PSIs to support accurate reimbursement
• Familiar with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience using EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Meditech
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to attend the onsite training in BGC, Taguig
