Job Description
The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to design and develop semiconductor tooling and mechanical systems at our Ubi site.
You will plan, design and validate high-speed tooling components and integrate with electrical, vision and software teams. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of semiconductor tooling design experience and proficient CAD skills.
