Job Overview

Innovation Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple programs, ecosystem building events and training, mentor startups, maintain good working relationships with all partners and ensure program success. This position will also take lead in identifying sales leads, developing proposals, pitch goods and services to new clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Brinc’s innovation programs, including design thinking workshops, hackathons, sprints, incubation management, call-outs, and inspirational sessions.
• Oversee the successful delivery of programs annually, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Continuously refine and improve program offerings based on client feedback, industry trends, and best practices.
