Role Description
The Injection Molding Specialist at Kaizen Humano will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure consistent, high-quality production.
This full‑time, on‑site role in León, GUA includes adjusting process parameters, performing mold changes, and troubleshooting mechanical or process issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
The specialist will inspect finished parts against quality standards, document production data, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on continuous improvement.
Daily responsibilities also include following safety procedures, supporting preventive maintenance activities, and training or guiding operators on best practices in injection molding.
