Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage escalated AWS support cases
• Act as senior authority to resolve internal complex issues
• Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiencies
• Create best practices and documentation for support processes
• Participate in on-call support for urgent matters
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years technical support experience
