About the Role
We’re looking for a capable and hands‑on Jr. Site Admin Engineer to support our on‑ground team on the construction of a high‑end luxury accommodation project in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will lead daily reporting, collect necessary data, and ensure that the project remains up‑to‑date with daily progress, record keeping of all documentation (daily reports, site inspections, RFIs, CVIs, non‑conformance reports, HSE notices, and others).
What You Will Do
- Daily reporting: Fill in daily reports data into the software, collecting all necessary data from the Site Engineers (general information, weather conditions, personnel & equipment, work completed, materials & deliveries, inspections, safety, issues & delays).
- Documentation Management: Organize technical documentation, project plans, and reports.
