Job Description
The Role
As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for achieving production targets while ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and delivery standards. You will lead production operations, manage resources and teams, and ensure stable, efficient, and safe manufacturing processes aligned with Clarios values.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) Ensure daily production objectives are met in terms of safety, quality, volume, and delivery time. Manage and administer production operations, including manpower, materials, equipment, and processes within the assigned area. Enforce compliance with safety procedures such as LOTO, Safe Track, STOP, Toma 2, and proper PPE usage. Lead daily shift start‑up meetings, ensuring clear communication of safety, quality, and operational priorities.
