AI Engineer – Full‑Stack Senior (AI Coding Agents)
Responsibilities
- Implement the AI backbone supporting delivery.
- Configure, train, and orchestrate AI models/agents on the codebase.
- Enable automated gap analysis, requirement refinement, and spec generation.
- Ensure robustness, scalability, and accuracy of AI-driven outputs.
- Collaborate closely with the Intent Engineer to iterate and finalize specifications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with Gastown approaches / AI‑native engineering practices.
- Hands‑on experience with Claude Code (or similar LLMs) including implementing Claude within IDEs and writing effective prompts for code analysis, generation, and refinement.
- Strong grounding in modern software engineering patterns such as API design and integration, microservices architecture, and event‑driven and integration modules.
