Application Support Engineer – Financial Systems Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years of experience providing application support in enterprise production environments. Strong technical expertise in: Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, Splunk, AppDynamics, Ansible, ServiceNow, StarFleet Proven experience supporting mission-critical applications within the financial services industry. Experience supporting financial applications related to: Tax Certificate Generation Financial and Accounting Translation Systems Legal Contract Management and Regulatory Compliance Applications Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
