Application Support Engineer – Financial Systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing application support in enterprise production environments.
- Strong technical expertise in: Java, SQL, Unix/Linux, Splunk, AppDynamics, Ansible, ServiceNow, StarFleet
- Proven experience supporting mission-critical applications within the financial services industry.
- Experience supporting financial applications related to:
- Tax Certificate Generation
- Financial and Accounting Translation Systems
- Legal Contract Management and Regulatory Compliance Applications
- Understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
- Experience using monitoring, logging, automation, and performance analysis tools.
