Infrastructure Support Engineer (L2)
Kings Cross (Eastern Suburbs)
$95,000 - $100,000 + Super
June Start
We're partnering with a well-established, national MSP who are continuing to invest in their infrastructure and client delivery capability. This is an opportunity for a strong L2 Engineer to step into a more consultative, value-driven role working closely with clients to uplift and modernise their environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Work across a multiple clients, advisory, project delivery and L2 support
- Engage directly with clients to assess current state and deliver practical, value-driven recommendations
- Attend client sites where required to assess, support, and uplift environments
- Work across a broad infrastructure stack including Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking
