Job Description
Infrastructure Superintendent – Data Centre Construction (Contract)
Seeking an experienced Infrastructure Superintendent / Civil Construction Lead to support the delivery of a large-scale mission-critical infrastructure project in Finland.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee early civil works packages including site access roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, logistics compounds, welfare facilities, and temporary works.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, utility providers, and local authorities.
- Monitor safety, quality, programme, risk, and compliance throughout project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections, track progress, manage non-conformances, and support change management.
- Review construction methodologies, logistics plans, HSE documentation, quality plans, and contractor submissions.
- Support project reporting, stakeholder management, handover planning, and lessons learned activities.
