Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Day 2 infrastructure team to ensure stable, secure, and continuous operations of servers, network devices, storage systems, and on-premise infrastructure.
- Manage infrastructure incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate escalations with vendors or higher‑tier support teams when required.
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, patching activities, and capacity expansion initiatives based on operational needs.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture documentation, system diagrams, SOPs, and technical runbooks.
- Collaborate with application, middleware, and system teams to support deployment, integration, and environment readiness.
