Infrastructure IT Analyst

The Infrastructure IT Analyst supports IT infrastructure and operational technologies for a busy, business‑critical Tier 1 distribution center and regional sales branch. This role is responsible for supporting end‑user devices, warehouse technologies, network connectivity, and key business applications that enable shipping, receiving, inventory, sales, and related operations. The position requires the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across a geographically distributed team, using strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
