Your responsibilities
- Technical support for IT & Cloud teams
- Technical follow-up with clients
- Project & client special responsiveness
- Technological watch
- Support to the IT Manager Referent
- Participation in the support referent rotation
- Design and installation of IT infrastructure for 10 - 500 users
- Management of level 2-3 incidents
Management and administration of MDM & RMM systems
