The technology organization relies on the CMDB team for ensuring accurate near real-time representation of CI states, properties, and relationships. Candidates will be expected to act as a subject matter expert in the ServiceNow platform and core CMDB concepts/technologies. Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: The creation of automated discovery plans with ownership of discovery support Maintaining CMDB including: data updates, CI creation/retirement, integration maintenance (service graph connectors and custom) Integrating the CMDB with other books of records across the technology organization Driving service owners across the technology to ensure the CMDB remains healthy and up to date Identifying key performance indicators and developing dashboards capable of tracking CMDB health and identifying areas where focus is needed Qualifications Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the or...
