The primary role for this position would be focused on implementing and supporting various ITĀ Infrastructure technologies with an emphasis on Root Cause Identification and Resolution & ProjectĀ Design and Implementations.Ā Ā
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesĀ Ā
ā¢ Problem management and resolution of issues in a timely mannerĀ
ā¢ Prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesĀ
ā¢ The ability to mentor and guide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Teams, as neededĀ
ā¢ Excellent IT documentation skillsĀ
Education/Experience/CertificationsĀ
ā¢ Bachelorās Degree preferredĀ
ā¢ CertificationsĀ
o Citrix CCA-V, CCP-V strongly preferredĀ
o Microsoft MCSE: Productivity strongly desiredĀ
ā¢ 8+ years hands-on IT experienceĀ
