Job Description
Role Overview
Responsible for maintaining optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of data centre physical infrastructure in a mission-critical environment.
This role supports mechanical, electrical, and environmental systems to ensure 24/7 operations, and contributes to ongoing maintenance and infrastructure activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily monitoring, operational checks, and incident response
- Coordinate and supervise vendors during maintenance and installations
- Manage secure access and ensure works are completed to required standards
- Carry out network cabling adds, changes, and removals
- Handle installation and decommissioning of servers and network devices
- Troubleshoot network and cabling issues, including after-hours support
