Responsibilities
- Support and maintain critical infrastructure platforms 24/7
- Ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and perform at their best
- Collaborate with a high performing IT Operations team
Requirements
- Experience with enterprise infrastructure platforms including Citrix, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, AntiVirus, Skype, Proxy Services, Mail Scrubbing, Commvault, Acronis
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment
