Position Overview
- As the Head of the Infrastructure & DevOps team, you will lead the foundational operations and engineering architecture for backend business systems. You will not only be expected to personally resolve the most complex production issues, but also build the operations framework from0 to 1, design theon-call process, and mentor team members to ensure efficiency and security throughout theSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Core Positioning
- You are thegatekeeper of production stability.
