- Drive incident and outage management, investigation, and restoration processes.
- Monitor systems and analyze trends to enhance performance and prevent incidents.
- Track and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments.
- Operate information technology production services in alignment with management protocols and service level agreements.

- Advanced proficiency in Infrastructure Service Management.
- A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
