Responsibilities

Manage all requests from our TDI technical teams and issue all required shopping carts to ensure all needs are covered OTOQ (tool to be used is Click and buy).

Manage such requests implies:

• Knowing costs planned to support the requests
• Budget availability
• Strictly follow our process to ensure full traceability of procurement process from planning to execution.

Understand our cost structure and the way we gather, consolidate and process the integral TDI Budget.

Qualifications

Basic SAP knowledge: Mainly related to procurement process and manage creation of operations in SAP for projects/services so that the teams can book on that operations.

Good knowledge in our Procurement tool Click and Buy: How to issue, what are the main fields to be included, support in the goods receipt process, liaise with procurement when we need to boost any request.
