Desktop Support / Endpoint Support Technician
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada – Local Candidate required.
Domain: Pharma
Duration: 6+ Months
French language proficiency is mandatory – candidates must have professional-level verbal and written communication skills in French.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laptop refresh and deployment
- Asset collection and inventory tracking
- Data migration and device setup
- End-user support and troubleshooting
- Documentation and reporting
Requirements:
- Experience in Desktop Support / Endpoint Support
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with laptop refresh projects is preferred
