Information Technology Support Engineer

Candidate Requirements

• 2-3+ years supporting Windows, macOS, or Linux environments
• Experience with MDM/UEM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, Workspace ONE, or similar
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
• Experience supporting enterprise customers
• Nice to have: AWS, Terraform, SQL, Redis, Python, PowerShell, Shell scripting, or endpoint security experience.
