Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities: β Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements. β Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, coordination, feedback, and closures. β Drive core headhunting initiatives for niche, senior, and hard-to-find technical roles across projects. β Source candidates using multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, internal databases, and AI-powered tools. β Screen candidates for technical competency, role fit, and cultural alignment. β Handle multiple IT roles across engineering, product, cloud, AI, and digital domains. β Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring progress in ATS and internal trackers. β Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for ongoing and future hiring needs. β Collaborate with onboarding and HR teams to ensure smooth candidate transition post-offer. β Support employer branding and digital hiring initiatives as required.
