We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Procurement Manager with strong background in strategic and category procurement. For this role, you will manage strategic procurement projects including:

• Conducting market research on procurement categories
• Developing and reviewing business cases
• Gathering and analyzing internal spend and supplier performance data
• Agreeing appropriate procurement strategies including negotiation strategies e.g. face to face / e‑Auctions
• Agreeing appropriate contract terms and commercial schedules for the procurement project
• Drafting and/or quality assuring tendering documentation
• Launching procurements via the e‑Sourcing tool, and agreeing evaluation approach and educating stakeholders on evaluation methodology
