Job Description The successful candidate will join the SIA Group's IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the transformation of End-User Computing (EUC) through the integration of AI-driven solutions and automation, ensuring a secure, efficient, and future-ready IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities EUC Project Management and Delivery Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage and deliver EUC projects on time and within budget. Integrate AI and automation tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
Administration of Microsoft Technologies Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft technologies like Entra, Intune, and O365, optimizing them for performance and security. Develop and implement automated workflows for tasks such as user provisioning, patch management, software distribution, and compliance monitoring.
