Stefanini is hiring a Madrid-based Business Analyst for a hybrid work model (3 days per week in Madrid).

Role duration: Until the end of December 2026, with possible extension.

The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements and objectives. They will act as a liaison between the business division and technology teams to ensure that projects align with goals.

Key Responsibilities
