Information Services Executive

What you will be working on

You will join a section in the Building Quality Group to manage the areas of checking digital implementation at site, driving office technology implementation, and digital building plan records management.

Checking Digital Implementation at site

• You will join a team to check digital technology implementation at site in accordance with HDB’s contract specifications.
• This role involves occasional site visits to various project locations to conduct physical inspections and may require flexible working hours to respond to urgent operational needs.
• You will be part of the team to liaise and work with Building Contractors, Consultants and IT vendors to ascertain the project site’s compliance level, formulate reports for sign-off and carry out subsequent presentations and reporting to Management.
