Maintain TTEC’s Information Security standards to reduce risk related to data loss and security incidents.
Monitor security tools to ensure they are operating effectively, and take corrective action to remediate agent or system issues as needed.
Maintain and support security capabilities to ensure partner teams have reliable tools to monitor, detect, and protect the environment
