Job Description
**_The Information Risk Management Senior Specialist_** is part of the NA IRO team and supports a director who is responsible for a business unit or Segment in North America. The role is expected to take on a wide range of responsibilities related to 2nd Line oversight and challenge activities.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Independently complete Issue and CAP oversight.
+ Review IT incidents and reportable events to assess whether the root causes are correctly identified and risks and controls are properly assessed.
+ Provide oversight and challenge on the Information Risk Assessments (IRA) for significant technology changes.
+ Provide oversight and challenges on third parties as per the requirement of Manulife standards.
+ Review the quality of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and provide oversight and challenge in accordance with the Standard.
