POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Provide efficient and quality service to all customers and assist Duty Officer in ensuring that all airport activities are conducted smoothly and effectively.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- To ensure quality services as a professional front-liner.
- To supervise and evaluate subordinate performance (If applicable).
- To prepare duty roster for shift Staff (if applicable).
- To prepare and ensure an effective on-the-job training for subordinates at all times (If applicable).
- To ensure the announcement are clear and precise.
- To get latest and accurate information on flight data.
