Influencer & Content Manager

We’re launching influencer marketing in Brazil for an e-commerce oral care brand and looking for a hands-on, growth-driven person who can scale influencer collaborations and build our social media presence. This is a hybrid role: influencer marketing + content + TikTok growth. You will have an assistant supporting you with operational tasks (logistics, tracking, shipments). What you’ll do: Onboard and manage 100+ micro-influencers per month (barter + paid) Build strong relationships with creators and ensure content delivery Manage and grow brand social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) Create and publish content (AI + UGC) with a focus on TikTok growth What we’re looking for: Strong communication skills — you know how to connect, engage, and sell Experience with influencers, community management, or sales Experience with paid collaborations is a plus Understanding of TikTok trends and content mechanics Experience creating content (AI tools is a big plus) High energy, proacti...
