We're looking for an Industrial Engineer (100% onsite in Cotia) to lead the industrialization of new products, manufacturing technologies, and production equipment. In this role, you'll work on strategic projects that support the launch of innovative products, including metal payment cards , automation initiatives, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.
What you'll do:
• Lead new product industrialization from concept to mass production.
• Evaluate and qualify new manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Build technical and economic business cases for manufacturing investments.
